Our Returns Policy
At Sumora we want you to be happy every time you shop with us! We pride ourselves in the fact that Sumora is different! We are so confident that our customers will be more than satisfied with our product that we offer a “Happiness Guarantee.” This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days, and we will either issue you a full refund for the price you paid for the item, or send you a replacement.
To return an item
Returning an item is easy and we allow you to do this without incurring any costs yourself.
Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return and stating your details, In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault.

Delivery charges and other services
Return delivery charges are borne by the shopper, unless the return is due to an error on our behalf or if the product is defective, in which case we will refund you the reasonable costs incurred.
Canceling an order:
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within fourteen working days after receipt of your order. Please fill out the back of the delivery slip that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation."
Package the relevant item securely. Send it to the following address with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.
If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of your order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
